Paella VIP catered my party for 35 people and they were fantastic! They respond so quickly, shared all the details I needed, food was absolutely delicious (everyone was raving about it) and the team was super nice and respectful. Wonderful Experience!! Paella VIP catered my Son's Graduation Party at the beach and Chef Jorge went over and beyond with his service, quality of food, and was very accomodating. The food was DELICIOUS and we received soooo many compliments from our guests. After researching for many catering companies online that specialized in Paella's I came across Paella VIP and they did not disappoint! I had an intimate baby shower and did not want to cook, so I chose to go with the Paella Valencia and it was delicious! Everyone loved it and the amount was enough and even then some! Definitely spread the word with my guests and will utilize Jorge and his team in the future!!!

Our prices vary according to the type of paella and the quantity requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the client to specify the type of paella, the quantity, time to serve. We are in the place two hours before, approximately, to cook the paella in front of your guests. Serve the paella to all guests. The rest we pack in aluminum trays to be delivered to the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a family experience in making paella. Our Spanish ancestors left us this art and we have been providing these services for more than 10 years.
