I am so happy that I booked Quality Media for my welcome party. They were so responsive and made me feel so confident going into the event. My photographer was Gabby and she was honestly incredible. She is not only the sweetest, but her work is incredible. I had an event to present my bikini brand at the Hilton Bentley hotel, this photographer Lisa instead of being professional and try to capture shoots of my designs; she was more focus on networking with all the models, she was also taking pictures of others models that were not working with me during the time that I paid her, at the end, she delivered pictures with harsh light, ruining the whole image, then she tried to charge me 10 extra dollars per photo to fix them, It was very frustrating. I told her to fix the pictures and deliver what she promised, she only fixed some; (I had to fix most of the pictures by myself) and she shared the pictures that I paid for with some people from the event, which I don’t mind but she didn’t have the decency to ask me if she could share the pictures that I paid for, I feel this person took advantage of me, she was only focus on networking which is totally fine with me, but she didn’t deliver quality on her work, very disappointing and frustrating, she showed that she didn’t care for her clients only for herself, never working with her again.

Once the pictures are delivered, we felt they are overly edited. When we requested to reduce the edit and send us the picture back, the photographer was reluctant to do the edits. On top of it, they showed their disinterest by saying that we were not on time for the event and we did not organize well. When asked for a correction on the edits, it ridiculous to blame us in return for something that was not valid. We were not satisfied with the experience we had with this pro. Once of the picture was very badly edited where my face was misplaced, when asked about that, they rudely answered that considered those pictures as a simple gift from them.
Whatever the pro is claiming regarding our late arrival is false, we were late by just 15 mins, that doesnt mean they can badly edit our photos, and I cannot attach the full picture for the privacy purposes and attached just the face misplacement after edit. No one accepts such kind of pictures if the face is completely odd. I dont agree with the pros comments.
