- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon our first conversation, we learn more about your project and we set an appointment to meet at your location or at our showroom. From there, the design process begins where we begin with setting a layout, choosing a design style, and setting a budget respectively. And most importantly, we keep everything simple and fun!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Ambry Design specializes in Custom Cabinetry. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't buy from the first company you meet with. When possible, buy factory direct to help save money and help the local economy. The designers in the market at other companies you meet with will try and pigeon hole you into few choices because most clients have a hard time making decisions and you shouldn't settle for that because something can always be custom-built. If you can be open-minded changing the design aesthetic, you might save a ton of money, and end up very satisfied with the end result.
