They were good at wallpaper installation but stressed me out demanding to be paid before the job was completed. I found that completely insulting. It's sad that costumer service isn't important.

I wasn’t finished with my review. I also want to mention they had to ask me for the date of the job even after we had already scheduled it with them once. Also, the day of the job they texted the night before and said they were going to be, scheduling the time for two hours later we did not feel comfortable after few of these text exchanges, so we canceled the job.

We would like to clarify a few points regarding your comment. You never agreed to pay the 50% deposit required to confirm the job, which is part of our standard policy. Additionally, you canceled the same day of the scheduled service, despite previously agreeing to the time adjustment, and refused to pay the cancellation fee for a last-minute cancellation. We regret that our communication did not meet your expectations, but this situation reflects a lack of responsibility on your part as a client. For this reason, we cannot recommend working with you in the future. We hope you find a provider that meets your needs and aligns with your expectations.
