The owner of this company stole my ladder. Also, when I attempted to transfer the payment using Zelle, my bank told me he number was flagged for fraud. Do not hire this guy. He uses a fake phone number

Good afternoon Carlos, our company has been operating here in Florida for 5 years and we have never had issues with theft or robbery. We have all our work tools (including ladders), as we do many jobs. Regarding the fake number, it doesn’t make sense for me to give a number that isn’t mine to receive payment for my work, right? We bought materials for your project and completed it with quality and safety. We are very sorry about the situation with your ladder, but we were not informed by you about this incident. We hope everything gets back to normal and that you recover your item.
