Going into my engagement vacation, I was woefully unprepared for how temperamental Florida weather was, and saw that I had nothing but lightning and rain for the week. Fortunately, Nicholaus was very responsive to my texts and flexible with his schedule to find a dry, sunny patch to have the perfect engagement for my girlfriend (now fiancée!). The photos Nicholaus took were beautiful and he was also very receptive with the edits we asked for. Sean was incredible from our first meeting over the phone, up until the day of my engagement. He was easy to talk to and quick to respond, had tons of great ideas, and was very accommodating.
I’m not from the area so he helped me out with making sure this was the perfect spot for my engagement.
My fiancé and I are very excited to receive our pictures from Sean. The photo shoot we did after was so much fun and Sean had some very good ideas for us.

Rob exceeded my expectations when I hired him last minute to capture my friends proposal! The hotel my friend was proposing at dropped the ball and told him the night before they would not be providing a photographer for the proposal like they originally said. Rob stepped up to the plate, responding to my urgent request for a photographer being needed in less than 24 hours. Within 10 minutes of me reaching out, he called and couldn’t have been more friendly and reassuring that the couple (my best friends) would be in good hands and he would provide them with beautiful photos of their special moment.
I was confident Rob was the person for the job, but I was still anxious to see how everything went after my friend left it up to me to make the decision for their big moment! The happily engaged couple could not stop raving to me about how amazing Rob was at capturing the proposal. He took his time after the proposal to get snapshots with family and was amazing at directing them for cute couple shots! He returned the photos beautifully edited the next day (perfect for social media posting).

Shay was amazing! I reached out to her last minute for my surprise engagement, and even though she already had a gig booked that day, she still made the time to fit me in. She arrived exactly when I asked her to, was incredibly professional and fun, and got incredible photos. My fiancé even said how lucky we were as Shay guided the Photoshoot suggesting different poses, backgrounds, and angles. I am so happy I went with her and will definitely be calling her again!

Before I even hired them, Aileen & Oscar were easy and awesome to work with. I was looking for someone to capture me proposing to my gf (now fiancé) and to then take engagement photos after. They understood the surprise aspect of the proposal and communicated effectively through text to avoid any suspicions from my then gf. We were coming into town with friends for vacation and my fiancé had no idea what I was planning so it reassuring that their communication wouldn't raise any flags for my gf to spot out.
Day of the event, Oscar was perfect in communicating discreetly in where to meet and how to "blend-in". My fiancé saw him but did not think twice about it as she thought he was simply a photographer for the boat cruise we were on and that he'd be taking photos of everyone.
As far as the actual photos go, Oscar nailed it. He captured the big question perfectly and then was very helpful during our photoshoot afterwards. For two people that usually don't know how to pose, he made it thoughtless for us by showing us examples along adjustments to make. While he was a good director, he was also very patient and gave us some moments to ourselves when we needed it. He even took some photos on a friend's phone who was with us and "in" on the secret.
After the conclusion of the boat ride, he laid out his editing process and timeline. Even with me being a little delayed in picking which photos I wanted to be fully edited along (and right between Christmas and NYE), I got the final edits back in less than a week. I highly recommend Oscar and Aileen for any photography needs in South Florida. I know I'll be calling if (when) we're back in town and need your services. Thank you!
