Diane Capozzi says, "We made a call to have our shower drain cleaned. It was clogged & we were standing in ankle deep water. They were able to get someone out within the day. We we so appreciative of their quick turnaround time. Chris Alexander was the technician. He was absolutely amazing and very informative of the steps he was taking to clean the drain. He asked us several questions about what procedures we took to try to drain it on her own prior to his procedure. This allowed him eliminate some steps, so he was able to work quickly. After he completed the service, he gave us a few tips to aid in keeping the drain clean moving forward. We would highly recommend Mr. Rooter in the future & specifically ask for Chris! He was so informative, friendly & he was very attentive in making sure that he was keeping the bathroom area & our house clean while he was doing the work."See more
