***************Update - on Tuesday July 11th they repaired and sealed my driveway at a cost of $2500. On July 15th I noticed that there were multiple sections of the areas that were repaired where the asphalt pebbles did not appear to compacted/sticking to the driveway. The asphalt pebbles were loose and I was concerned about damaging the repairs that were just made. I reached out on July 15th and they explained this was normal, they would come out and repair the issue. I was happy with this response. After several text messages back and forth they finally came out to repair the issue on July 26th. Understanding I was not their only client I was perfectly happy with this response time. :) However, this is where the issues begin. When they re-compacted I moved all of my cars off of my circular driveway as requested. After finishing the job they did not block off the driveway with tape or anything indicating you should not drive on the freshly repaired asphalt. Therefore, it left my circular driveway open for anyone to use as a turn around, and a delivery truck did just that. When I got home from work on July 26th I immediately noticed the asphalt pebbles on the roadway in front of my house and the repaired patches were damaged. I immediately contacted the company and they said they would come out and fix it. Both my husband and I have reached out to him by calling/texting him weekly since this incident and my driveway is still not repaired. He has said he will come out, and then does not show. I am not sure what else to do at this point other than update my review.
