Anthony from Grassmasters requested a call to “vet the job” in order to come out for an estimate. I sent my address and informed text would be best. Anthony stated we wouldn’t be able to work together if we couldn’t speak over the phone. Have one company coming this afternoon and another coming out tomorrow evening to measure and provide estimates, not with Grassmasters. Isn’t that a silly requirement? Just come out and give an estimate. What value add does a phone call add?
