- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the process is that we initiate a inspection, then we talk about the best method of treatment, weather the customer needs a bimonthly, a quaterly, or a yearly service to eliminate and control their pest. Once that is determined we proceed with the adequate treatment. we start typically outside sweeping down the was and spiders outside. then we proceed by applying a repellent in the eves windos and doors, including garages and linais. then we proceed with the interior on all the entry ways of the pest like walls with pipes and underneath all appliances. third we treat the garage and the attic where pest love to nest. this will conclude our initial treatment of the home. then we will come periodically to treat the outside of the home through the year, weather is bimonthly or quaterly. the client can call and set up a service call in-between treatment for no additional charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my experience is of 24 years in the industry. I retired from the initial company that I started to work with when I started my journey in this industry. In that time I acquired my state Licensed for General House pest and Termite Control through State exam of the Florida Department of Agriculture. I'm Licensed and Assured in the State of Florida, and most of all, a Veteran of the US ARMY of 10 Years of service. I have brought that discipline and attention to detail to the buisness I now own. I'm very grateful for that experience and discipline. My customers can feel Assured that they have someone that cares and have the attention to detail that they deserve.
