$150/on-site estimate (waived if hired)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’d like to have a conversation to ensure we are a good fit, understand the scope of the project, then help you discover the best solution to meet your needs. We will then: -schedule a time to meet with you onsite, -collect the required estimate fee, -clarify any necessary information and take measurements/photos as needed -we will then either provide your estimate and an anticipated start date or send the estimate within 48 hours (depends upon the complexity of the project) Depending on the project complexity and anticipated completion timeline, we will give you an idea of task order and any impacts to your daily life during the project then verify accessibility needed. On day one our team will arrive on time with everything we need to complete the project and get to work. Upon completion of the project and final payment, you’ll receive a review request asking that you provide feedback on our teams ability to meet or exceed your expectations.

Our love of working with our hands and seeing physical proof of our skills led us into the construction industry over 20 years ago. Solving problems is intriguing and exciting.
