I am a decent tradesman myself, when it comes to wood and such. Honestly when I feel something is beyond me I will hire out. Mike, the owner responded quickly to my inquires, came by and ran through the process in a way that anyone could understand. Laid out the expense verbally and on paper. The crafstmenship was 10 out of 10. The materials where fantastic ( Red Oak ) and the finished product was delivered on time and to specification. If you want quailty work that can be customized to your liking, I would suggest contacting this company for all of your Staircase needs!
