Jared is a respectful, kind, knowledgeable, honest professional. He came to my new home to replace an old water heater. Spent two hours disconnecting it, changing copper pipes, etc, and then realized that it is too large to get out of the utility closet. He worked with me to return at the same day and time as a carpenter who was able to remove the door frame so that Jared could switch the water heaters and then replace the door frame. Jared spent two more hours installing the new water heater. He charged exactly what he had quoted me initially (when he thought he could complete the job in one visit). I highly recommend Jared and will certainly use him again.

Mohamed was the ultimate professional. He did excellent work installing a tankless water heater. When an error code came on our brand new piece of equipment he took the time to wait for the manufacturer to send a needed part and installed it. In the interim he would not accept payment. Jared and his brother did an outstanding job of replacing our 30-year-old water heater (yup, that's not a typo).
