- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering 35% off all builds, we also can price match proposals you received from other builders. Our pricing is comprehensive and includes clearing the space for installation, removing existing systems and patching walls, so whatever we quote you for, is the final price you pay for everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start by sending one of our expert designers to your home. There we will take inventory of the items you have, measure the space, and learn about you and what you're looking for. Our designers use proprietary 3D rendering software that allows us to visualize your custom design live during this session... all for free. Once design is finalized and the proposal is reviewed, we'll talk timeline for installation. Our installers will clear your space, removing pre-existing systems to take with them, then complete the installation with our American-made parts, backed by a lifetime warranty. So you won't lift a finger... other than to open the door.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our designers are recruited with plenty of relevant experience already, we mainly train on our selection and 3D software. Our Installers are full-time employees, also recruited for their experience, so you won't have any sub-contractors learning on the job.
