Had a problem fitting a new keyed doorknob into an old door. Messaged Josh at 8:30pm - he responded almost immediately, and was able to schedule me the next morning. Said he'd call me at 8am to confirm our 9am appointment. He called at 8am on the dot - also arrived exactly at 9am! Quoted me a fair price, and didn't try to inflate it at the time of install. Josh is true to his word, and he did an excellent job! Highly recommend!
