He was very responsive and took time on the phone with me to figure out how to accomplish something, which led to me not actually needing him on the solution. I really appreciated his honesty and while he did not expect payment, I did give him a tip through Venmo for his time…simply because he was very professional and didn’t expect anything from me other than a thank you-he’s just a great guy.

Franklin was a pleasure to work with. Hhe was quick to answer my request and set up a time to come out and give me a quote. I was pleased with his quote and he took my table to work on right then. He returned the table today better than I could have hoped, taking the extra steps to re-add the decorative pieces that needed to be removed to extend the length and width of my table. His workmanship was outstanding! I will definitely use him again for any future metalwork needs!
