Sincerely, I was nervous and hesitant. Like I didn't know where to start or what details to ask for when I started looking to get the basements finished. Tyson walked me through permit to finish process, he walked me through the progress too. He takes pride in his work and it the finished basement looks great. He gave suggestions to the drawings that I had and honestly, it's the flow and layout are effing legit. Thank you so much!

We hired Tyson for our basement finish of a walk-out basement. Tyson does everything. It was done in 30 days as promised. It’s exactly what we wanted and we are having him do other projects for us. Reasonable pricing for work being done. Others we had quotes for were higher prices. The lower quotes did not have the experience to do a basement. We would use this company again.

Tyson is a talented contractor no doubt. He definitely can knock out some work. Where it went wrong. He deviated from the original bid; leaving a 300 sq ft room unfinished, though it was supposed to be finished. All fine, we discussed it and we were fine with not finishing it. When discussed, Tyson remained very professional and seemed to agree; money should be refunded for that room. Which he did (3,000 dollars). I did not demand this refund. We did not argue back and forth. It was a simple discussion. Myself, thinking all is good. All that being said, Tyson must’ve been upset; I’m not sure, he won’t return a call or text. But I will say he did not finish the job and left some concerning traps for my 2 young children. I can get past the paint he didn’t bother touching up. I can get past the fixtures in the bathroom he didn’t install as per the bid. I can get past him not installing insulation in half of the basement. I can get past one of the doors won’t shut properly or the hole the drywall. Here is what I cannot get past. Tyson was supposed to mount an island table top. He built a nice knee wall and put some brackets in. He placed the 3’ by 8’ butcher block table top on it, but never fastened it. My 6 year old, being a kid, could’ve pulled it down on herself. Also, he left an electrical cover off, perfect height for my two year old to potentially put a finger in it. At a bare minimum, Tyson could have at least texted me or even left a note that the table wasn’t fastened. Would I do business with Tyson again? Honestly no, I would not. For any of you considering it; I would recommend being cautious allowing him to deviate from the bid. I definitely would not be as naive as us paying him in advance.

I strive to focus on the spirit of service when working with anyone and not the bottom line.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually will meet with the customer and discuss the project with them, decide on a plan of action and then set up a date that works for both parties to proceed. Although I have and will go into projects with just basic information and do or fix the problem that day. Giving time and money saving insight.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience in a vast array of industries. but the most prominent is in construction. I have experience in drywall (all aspects), framing (steel and wood), acoustical ceiling install, plumbing, electrical and decks and fencing.
