I strive to focus on the spirit of service when working with anyone and not the bottom line.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually will meet with the customer and discuss the project with them, decide on a plan of action and then set up a date that works for both parties to proceed. Although I have and will go into projects with just basic information and do or fix the problem that day. Giving time and money saving insight.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience in a vast array of industries. but the most prominent is in construction. I have experience in drywall (all aspects), framing (steel and wood), acoustical ceiling install, plumbing, electrical and decks and fencing.
