We had a gardening company install raised beds with a drip system in our backyard in 2021, and for one season it all worked correctly. But the next 2 years it was a problem, the whole system was either leaking or not working. If we tried increasing the pressure it leaked from multiple joints and the box, if we decreased the pressure it couldn't reach the raised beds. James came in 2022 and put in a pressure regulator on the outside piping which solved the problem. In 2023 I had trouble getting it back on and he came out and got it working right again. Now, 2024 he walked me through the correct valve positions on the phone AGAIN because... ADD??! This year he figured out on the phone that now the original box has gone bad and is leaking. I really appreciate how helpful he has been, and would recommend him to anyone.

We had a great experience with Midwest Plumbing. He was referred to us from a restoration company. I called James in the morning about a potential water leak in our house that was causing mold - and he was in our house, inspecting later that same afternoon. And what was even more impressive is that he took the time to walk me through his inspection and his assessment. He was honest with me that he could not find a plumbing cause for our leak and didnt charge me anything for his visit. And he said he was still willing to work with our insurance or provide any documentation if they needed it. I find that level of honesty and professionalism rare these days. I told him that I was leaving him saved my phone for all of our future plumbing needs.
