Last summer we had the idea of redoing our kitchen which turned into our whole main floor! I sketched up a rough draft of what we had in mind. Once we decided to move forward, the next step was to start contacting contractors to do the work. We had 4 companies come and review our project with us. HNS was one of those companies. HNS was prepared from the start and was able to provide a professional rendering (just like on TV!) of what we envisioned, along with a complete proposal of the scope of work. HNS impressed us from the beginning. But we were still a bit apprehensive because of the size of the project and the timeframe of the project. We really wanted it to be completed by Christmas, however we didn’t think it was possible. We advised Rob to be 100% honest with us and let us know if this timeframe was not feasible and that it would be ok to start after the new year. Rob committed to us that our project would be completed by Christmas, and we would be enjoying the new space with our family. We put our trust in Rob and HNS and they delivered. I have to say that they are the best company we have worked with regarding home upgrades. And this was a BIG upgrade. The guys with HNS are amazing, from Greg with the awesome kitchen design and cabinets, to Jeff, Marco and Tom, the guys knocking out the hard work and creating our dream for our main floor, these gentlemen showed up every day on time, before we even woke up and worked a whole day here. I cannot say how much I appreciate them and enjoyed getting to know them during this time. Not to mention all the great guys that completed the plumbing, the electric, finish work, tile, etc. Rob was here every week helping create our vision and keeping everything on track. This project experience was amazing, and I have to say that HNS exceeded every expectation that we had. We were in our new kitchen and main floor a week before Christmas, something we never thought possible and that included a few MAJOR change orders that we wanted/had to have! We have enjoyed our new space ever since and our main floor has had SO MANY compliments! We love it and we recommend HNS whole heartedly. The HNS family will always be welcomed here!

I was extremely nervous to hire someone as we have been burned in the past by contractors. But I can assure you, HNS is the exact OPPOSITE as that. Rob and Jeff displayed the utmost care and compassion in our home salon studio space. They made sure they were communicating with us along the way. They are honest, kind, courteous, creative and hold their work to the highest standard. Trust me when I say you don’t have to be nervous working with this company. They are it. I am so thankful we’ve found someone for our future projects.
