I had a great experience with Balkan Plumbing. After some insanely high quotes from other plumbers in the area, we landed on Balkan Plumbing, which was much more reasonable. They were able to provide a quote with several pictures, and they were out a couple days later to replace my water heater. I’m very impressed by the professional and clean job they did. Excellent job done. Only good things to say about these guys! Both Nate and Pete were very punctual, extremely professional and they knew what they were doing. I had them rebuild the platform my water heater sat on ina closet and also had them Re-install the water heater. They completed the task in a few hours and They were also reasonably priced compared to other contractors. One of the most important things to me was their responsiveness throughout the hiring process. They didn't get tired of my questions or concerns. I'll def hire them again.
