- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer market pricing, free estimates. Please keep in mind most water and fire damage remediation can go through your insurance and you will only pay the deductible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to the property and offer a free estimate, explain the process. After that we usually are able to start the job within 24-48hrs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our general manger Tony has over 20 years of experience in this business. Our company is IICRC certified.
