Even though Colorado doesn't require licensing for water damage and mold remediation, we are fully insured and IICRC (Institute of inspection cleaning and restoration certification) certified firm. Tony is excellent to work with. We were in a pinch as we found mold in our basement. I thought the mold from a previously done water damage job that Tony had done before. He corrected us by showing us the source of water damage was different from the previous job he had done. In the end, he fixed the issue to our satisfaction. He refused to give warranty on remediation because he was not sure if the water leak would be fixed. I was not happy with his position, but it was a reasonable one, so I accepted.

We offer market pricing, free estimates. Please keep in mind most water and fire damage remediation can go through your insurance and you will only pay the deductible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to the property and offer a free estimate, explain the process. After that we usually are able to start the job within 24-48hrs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our general manger Tony has over 20 years of experience in this business. Our company is IICRC certified.
