- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing in the construction industry right now is fluctuating greatly, in part due to rapidly changing material costs and significant labor scarcity. Inflation has also played a large part in recent price increases across the board and remains something to keep in mind as you evaluate your home project budget. Despite these challenges, our long standing industry relationships allow us to still provide the highest of quality at a fair price. Quality craftsmanship and a customer-centered focus along with labor-based bidding and no material mark-ups ensure that we serve our customers in the best, most honest way that we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by talking with our customers to understand their project and any desires they may have for their space. At that point we can give advice about how to best accomplish their goals and offer honest consultation and pricing for whatever type of home construction project they may be pursuing. Our goal is to make the customer comfortable throughout the process and to love the end result.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Though it can be time consuming, get multiple bids to make sure your comfortable with the price of your project and the relationship you will have with your contractor. Take your time to speak with your contractor to make sure your vision for the project is understood and that you are comfortable with the way things are going.
