- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Paragon, our estimates are detailed and easy to understand. We do not offer a "fake" price only to discount it to the "real" price. There are no gimmicks with our estimates and they are all inclusive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is an insurance claim, you should contact Paragon first before filing a claim. We will meet with you and inspect your roof and the entire home to see if there is enough damage to warrant filing claim. If there is enough damage for a claim, we will then meet with your adjuster to determine the scope of the project and damages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is comprised of members who have decades of experience in the residential construction industry.
