I confirmed the day of and when I talk to customer service rep, I said can you please remind the tech this is a rental, tenants will be there and if he needs me I can come. He said to me in a rude tone “I wish you would have told me this before”. I said, well I thought I did, but didn’t think it was a big deal. I did hear from Zach. He was not told it was a rental, but was good. He called me, told me what was wrong and cost. He fixed the door the tenants were happy. He called me and took payment. I was very pleased with Zach. It was just that one rep who I thought could have had a better attitude. But, since the work was good and they came as they said they would, I would use them again."See more
