Licensed, bonded and insured. Over 20 years experience installing doors and windows in both residential and commercial settings. Currently own and operate Windows and Mohr, Inc. since 2012. Before owning my business I worked as a subcontractor for leading door and window companies such as Lowes (references available upon request) Free in home estimates provided. High level of knowledge and experience installing doors and windows such as: retrofit, new construction, stucco restoration, block frame, casement, garden and bay windows. Sliding glass, french, entry, exterior, interior, pre hung, frameless shower enclosures and sliding shower unit doors.
I enjoy giving only the best in quality and craftsmanship, knowing I have the experience and knowledge to provide my customers with quality product and installation that is always up to code and done right the first time. I have confidence in my skill, abilities and the team that works for me. Windows and Mohr is a top notch window company. I was starting the first phase of my home remodel and needed front windows. It starts with a visit by Danny the owner, who was an installer for years. He is very professional and knows his stuff. His quote was very competitive and complete. I selected them because of their reviews, price and I had a selection of manufactures, and went with Milgard Windows. The installation was exceptional, and the foreman, Brennen, goes beyond the scope of the work (in fact he fixed a sticking front door without being asked). Because I was so happy with the finished product and their service, I selected them for the second phase. This was much more involved and required construction. Along with 4 window retrofits, I had a 14" slider put in, a large garden kitchen window redesigned and installed, and a Dutch Door installed where a large window was. Once again they did a fantastic job. This phase of work took 2 weeks. They always clean up everyday, and were very careful to put up partitions to prevent dust/dirt from getting on furniture. Brennen's construction knowledge is first rate, and I was very impressed on the internal support structure they installed for the large slider. Probablly the icing on the cake is they do not nickel and dime you. They helped my plumber by cutting a hole in the wall for a new hose bib. Then they covered the area and stucco it at no extra charge. I HIGHLY recommend this company and promise you that you will be happy with the outcome of their work!

Danny provided a creative solution for my nine lanai windows that no other vendor offered. Additionally, his total quote for the same exact quality product with accompanying trim replacement totaled half the cost of the other two vendors. His on-site installer, Jose, was exemplary and showed a professionalism I really appreciated: on time, worked hard, cleaned up along the way, and discerned the original install problem with my existing windows that José was able to resolve with a clever fix using a redwood pitch and multiple methods of waterproofing. Absolutely stunning result! I cannot recommend this company enough🌟 Thank you, Danny and Jose for making my life more beautiful and leak free!

Danny has been super responsive from the start. He came by as discussed for a free estimate and gave me a great deal on two bathroom windows. He ordered the windows and scheduled a day and time good for both of us. Danny has been an excellent communicator throughout this process. The windows were installed today and they look freakin awesome!! This is just the start of many projects to come.
