Joshep was amazing , he was helpful throughout with a nice helping gesture and complete professionalism. He went out of the way to help me in every way cleaning the carpet which was soakingwet because of a pipe leakage and also left 2 fans at my place to help drying even if it was not in the work contract. I will recommend him strongly.

We recently completed a 1200 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) project in the Northgate neighborhood of Walnut Creek, and we couldnt be more pleased with the entire experience. Building an ADU can be a complex task, especially when it comes to securing permits and ensuring compliance with city regulations. Vivi, the project manager, was a lifesaver during this phase. Our first major remodel project and we invited at least 4 companies to scope and bid. 2 bailed out after they found that the slab has post tension and 1 was too exorbitant . Excellent took up the project while meeting the strict code of the city and finally committing to within budget and schedule. They had the most affordable quote as well. Right from the start Yossi helped with planning , meeting the city and getting the plan approved (even paid for the permit when I was traveling and charged me later) . They were flexible on start date as I had guests. I was skeptical about when the work would get over as I had heard scary stories of contractors abandoning work mid way. They finished the work on time, with quality and attention to detail . Yossi is the finest , most honest , attentive and accessible project manager I have worked with . He helped shop, provided guidance , conducted inspections , made corrections whenever needed. There was a small delay as the shower door shattered , but he replaced it at his own cost . Like all projects there were a couple of issues but he was constantly working to get those fixed. I would work with Excellent and Yossi any day in the future . Highly recommended honest company.
