We interviewed 6 contractors and Sam is the only one who is not only the business owner but also the project manager. In the first appraisal, we were pretty impressed by his construction background and his quick understanding of our project scope. Professionality & communication are important to us since we both work full time and can't manage the project by ourselves for sure. After speaking with Sam, we felt he is easy to communicate and he knows how to fix the problems since he has the knowledge from his past experience. Even though he is not the cheapest one but the result shows that it worths the money. We have been using the bathroom for 3 weeks and so far so good. 1. Quality So far I would say I am pretty satisfied with the quality. Our bathroom went through inspections for sure and it passed inspections without any fixes required. And in terms of details, I am most satisfied with the tile works, which could be easily messed up due to some very detailed mistakes.
