- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always happy to discuss a client's budget and do my best to work within their means where reasonable. However, I will not work for free or trade my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand the needs of the customer usually with an initial phone call or email conversation (depending on a customer's preference). Once these creative needs have been discussed and ascertained, I can then give some additional creative suggestions or simply follow a client's brief. Regardless, it is always a two way conversation with the customer taking the lead and me doing my utmost to produce the very best photography that meets their requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have fifteen years experience and am a global ambassador for Manfrotto, Gitzo and Black Rapid. I trained under Getty Image photographers and some other excellent mentors and have photographed at many large corporate, company, entertainment and sporting events across the globe to build up my portfolio. This could be The Olympics, Super Bowl, Sales Force Conference in San Francisco etc.
