All our prices are flexible, we understand that everyone’s budget is different so we try as best we can to give you quality service at price you’re comfortable with
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep the customer involved in every aspect of the repair so they understand what’s goin on in their home. There are a lot of little issues that we come across that can be alleviated by simple routine maintenance. We try to leave the customer with as much knowledge about how their plumbing works. We have no problem leaving our number so if they have any questions they can call and we can troubleshoot over the phone. We try to build a lasting relationship with our customers so they feel like they’re calling a friend, not a company.
