FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So, when it comes to rates, I will give you the most "bang for your buck." In other words, I under promise and over deliver. Always.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we connect and talk. This can be done with a simple phone call. We can also text and email if necessary. Once we connect, we meet up to discuss the shoot and iron out the details. If it feels right we book a photo shoot date. Payment will be required after services are rendered and all photographs will be turned over to the client as soon as possible after editing and retouching.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and education is "life." While living in New York City I researched many top photographers and chose one who's style I really liked which was Sante D' Orazio and used him as my "imaginary” mentor. I read all his books, reviewed his work over and over again. I read about how he got started, what he did, how he practiced and I thought if I did the same thing I should get similar results. With every photo shoot, I started applying lighting and technique similar to his and started to also develop my own style although I still refer to his techniques as my guideline.
