Even though Justin the owner was in a car accident recently, and was unable to make our appointment, he and his people did their absolute best to reach out to us. They rescheduled for a couple of days later and everything was smooth sailing, and my floors were installed as planned. Poor guy! It really goes to show how much he truly cares about his business, his integrity and faith in his word. The guy could barely move his arms and still came to do the job the next day. We sat him down, and his guys took care of the rest. True tradesman, and a real business owner who cares about his clientele. Minh Nguyen says, "Recently I have a main panel upgrade for my home. I have called few licenses electric contracts and asked for quotes and i have decided to choose El-FI homes for the job. El-Fi gave out the straight forward quote which included permit, drawings plan, and obtain city approvals for every single steps thru out the job. Unlike many other electric contracts they give out the quote but when they come to your place, they will add on permit fee, extra cost for panel etc..Like many home owners we did not like this type of tactic. El-FI is not like that, they gave the quote and perform the job with utmost to compliance with building code in addition, El-FI Homes has knowledge and forward thinking suggest install panel with capability to expand solar panel later by install electrical panel with future capability and prevent owner from additional cost for future. El-FI homes performed an excellent job to upgrade my electrical main panel. Roger and his team were responsive, on time , polite and professional! I was upgrading an old unit from 1989 and had concerns as to how easy the job would be as I’m 8 months pregnant with my husband deployed. Roger kindly answered all of my questions and concerns and even offered to FaceTime me so he could take another look at the current system. His prices were very competitive and in my opinion, offered the best value compared to the other quotes we got. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not considering Raw Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs.

Got my AC fixed yesterday. Could not be more satisfied with the whole experience. Fast response within mins after request was sent, shuffled around their busy schedule to meet our urgent needs, updated us arrival time till the minute Daniel Jr walked up to the door! Explained all the possible issues and their solutions, got on to diagnosis and repair right away. You could tell they know their trade! Cold air came on within half hour. And the bill I got? Straightforward, not bogus “add-on”, and with the work they did, it’s great value! This family business reminded me those old timers you don’t see a lot anymore, honest, hard working, good at their trade, more importantly, they care about you and will try everything they can to help you. I know for sure who to call if I need HVAC work to be done again.
