I contacted him 2 weeks ago to hang some small pictures for me. Initially his response was quick. I sent him the picture of my wall and also the half done wall with paintings so that he could understand what I was looking for. He confirmed that he would come to my place at 1 pm on Friday for a specific date. I bought and set up all the hardware the day before his arrival. The day before my appointment he texted me after 9 pm asking me if he still needed to do the job to which I said yes. Then he asked me if he could come at 11 instead of 1 to which I said no as I would not be home. Then he said that he was waiting for confirmation from another client to do thier job at 1 whien was scheduled to do my job, This was around 10 PM. He was trying to sign up for another assignment at the same time as mine, Then he said if he could come after 3 pm which I refused and then canclled as it did not seem like he was reliable at all. Why would he take up another assigment when he was supposed to do the work at my place. He then asked for my address and lectured me that "in life within a two week period many changes take place" The change being him trying to do another job at the same time instead of mine after commiting to my project and then trying to make me work around his new availability when he was trying to sign up for another project. He backed out at the last minute by texting me last night, lectured me where he thought he was sharing his wisdom on life's lesson about "change" by wasting my time. What a JOKE!!
