Hello William, thank you contacting me for after work completion feedback. Glad that you were able to help me with the committed pricing that was offered while booking the appointment and also you were able to help me with additional discount on the additional work that came up while fixing the TV. I appreciate your continuous efforts in maintaining customers happy & commitment. Timing of arrival of the handyman was on committed time. One hour heads up was provided to me before the handy man arrived. Your services are excellent and exceptional. Keep up the good service for the community. Two positive suggestions which would be helping customers much more and will add value to your services. 1. It would be helpful if the handyman could do a quick vacuum on the carpets / floor where the drilling was performed, either by carrying a hand vacuum or could get the vacuum from customers place and do a quick vacuum. 2. It would be helpful if the handyman carries different types of nut driver sets, so that the screws / bolts from the TV mount purchased by customer can be used, instead of using the ones used by handyman. This could help customers save some money and avoid any dissatisfaction. Thank you for hearing me out of the feedback / suggestions provided. I appreciate if you could discuss this with your manager / management and get this implemented which will make customers more happy and will continue to take your services and refer to their friends. I will definitely recommend your firm for other customers, especially for the customer service that was provided by you William. MMM Handyman were the first to respond to my request for mounting of the new 55” TV. They called me to get all the project details and provided a reasonable quote including hiding of various cables. Mehdi and his colleague arrived today right at the agreed time window, dismounted the old TV and mounted the new one with minimal invasive changes.
