- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge for travel fee unless a customer asks for a visit before confirming the job. We also bring helpers if customers ask for that, but that will have extra cost :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer them first in here in thumbtack, then give them a call on the best time, we provide the estimate for the job and help them with their project!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We usually tell them to check our previous jobs and ask them to check our reviews and the pictures so they can make their decision about the projects!
