First, my general contractor totally forgot any low voltage work. When I realized it, the drywalls were already installed so the best time for cabling work has already gone. I found Daniel in thumbtack and he was able to successfully pull the cable inside the drywall with minimum invasion. This is work quality. Second, after the cabling was done, I had to ask Daniel to wait and come back to install/test the surveillance camera system after PGE finishes the panel upgrade from 100A to 200A for my house. To everyone's surprise, that waiting period turns out to be one entire year. Daniel didn't complain anything during this long waiting period. This is professionalism. Last but not least, after the cameras were installed, the video is very blur. Daniel was able to explain to us that it is most likely caused by the moisture inside cameras.
