Ricky R. says, "*FLAT ROOF LEAK REPAIR* I had this work done in November, and waited to review until after it rained. I notice water leaking into my house from the flat roof area into a light fixture. I contacted Ecosmart and got an immediate reply. Elijah was the manager assigned to my project and was great! He stopped by to assess the situation and gave me a fair quote for the work. They removed the existing roofing and replaced it doing the hot mopping process. After the heavy rains (late December 2023) it appears their work did the job! No leak!! I also requested to have some gutters installed on part of my home and they are working how I imagined. The communication was top notch and everything that I was told that would be done, was completed in a timely manner. Thank you for the good work. I’m glad I contacted Ecosmart! Cheers!"See more

It is beautiful! When I needed work done at my home, my niece suggested your company and Shay. She met Shay at my home and he came up with plans to renovate my front porch, which was literally falling down. His subcontractors were skilled and efficient. The front porch turned out great with more space somehow and handrails which were needed. There was painting too and rain gutters installed. The project was a lot and had many variables, external and internal. The project included full renovations for 2 bathrooms and powder room. His team also did a great job on repainting all 3 floors including fixing/renovating the doors, and replacing all the floors. In terms of the variables, the project had to include/accommodate different move-in dates and all logistical items being living in a condo - not easy. All in all, we're waking up happy and enjoying our place!"See more
