She has knowledge beyond just workouts, and understands things like muscle movement and back pain. It feels like now I’m getting to the root of issues when I work out, feeling like I know how to do the basics and aim my blows better. He does not blow the “smoke” many trainers do, he also is the only trainer (and he is my 3rd…from the same company) who explains proper form and method behind his training. Best part, he is very very friendly and fun to work with :). Since working with Daniel, I feel very energetic and motivated. and I feel lot stronger than I used to be.
