I am passionate about helping people live their best life. I use evidence and science based training methods to help you create healthy habits that will last a lifetime. There is no quick fix to becoming healthy, together we will put in the work that will change your life forever. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with a Nutriton Specialization. I have worked with 100’s of clients ranging from 15-90 years old. I work with all kind of clients wether the goal is longevity, weight loss, pain management, strength training, etc.

I was skeptical about having a personal trainer, since I’d never had one before and honestly didn’t see how it could make much of a difference. But man! I am so impressed with Sarah. She has knowledge beyond just workouts, and understands things like muscle movement and back pain. She instantly was able to size up my posture and help me with tangible ways to correct it (not just “stand up straight!”) I don’t have much pain I deal with, but she’s helped me with random aches and pains and posture issues. It feels like now I’m getting to the root of issues when I work out, feeling like I know how to do the basics and aim my blows better. I don’t know what other personal trainers are like or if they have the extra knowledge like Sarah, but I highly recommend her!

I have been working with Sarah for about 6 weeks now and I'm happy I made the change from group fitness to personal training. She works with you on your goals and knows how to push you when you are in the gym, motivationally and weight adjustments. She has a great personality and tailors your sessions to reach your individual goals. If you're even contemplating it you should reach out and see if her vibe works for you! It does for me and I couldn't be happier!

Sarah is incredible. I was very nervous to start personal training because I do not consider myself to be an athletic person. Sarah made the whole process comfortable and is easing me in to the world of exercise (while still pushing me because I sure as heck woke up sore this morning!). She is very thorough in explaining how to properly do the exercise and what the exercise will do for you. She's also just incredibly personable and it is nice to have a friendly face cheering me on during this new venture. 10/10 will always recommend.

Sarah has been great - she lets to me complain about how much I hate working out and remains positive and chill, and just keeps our momentum going. I sprained my wrist a few weeks into working together and she easily adjusted my workouts so I didn’t fall behind. The fact that I still went to see Sarah and didn’t use my injury as an excuse to skip sessions is a HUGE indication of her value as a trainer. I love an excuse not to work out!! But I also love working with Sarah and I appreciate her feedback and everything she’s doing to help me safely become stronger and more fit. I highly recommend Sarah!

I am heading into my 3rd training with Sarah, and I love these sessions! She is teaching me things that I can do at home on my off-days, and has created a workout schedule for me and my personal needs. She's friendly and also professional, I absolutely recommend training with Sarah!
