A majority of clients come to me focused on losing weight (specifically stubborn body fat), as well as gaining lean muscle, and increase performance within their careers.
My Coaching program is designed from the ground up to provide all the tools you need to reach your goals in health and fitness. Many of my clients work long shifts and in demanding fields of work. They maintain very busy schedules (family, work, events, etc.), making it challenging to see the results they want and stay consistent without expert guidance and advice. This is why I focus on providing maximal support, accountability, and guidance, while respecting your available time. This program supports strong accountability tracking and habit development, without the unnecessary and unsustainable hand-holding of in-person coaching. Hoover Fitness has created more than 200 lifestyle and body transformations through this virtual-first approach. I offer in-person consultation sessions within the South Central PA area including Harrisburg, York, Lancaster as well as Philadelphia area on an appointment basis. Local clients can choose to take advantage of a Hybrid program if desired (combination of in-person and online)
