- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- A 💲200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking，the remaining balance is due on the day of the session. -If a rescheduling is required, kindly inform us with at least 48 hours notice. -Timely arrival is mandatory.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1: Clarify Exceptions&Quotations: Clearly define the scope of the session, including the type of the session, location, duration, and any specific requirements you many have. A quotation will be offered upon your request shortly. 2: A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at the booking day. 3:Photo shooting day: Carry out the photo shoot according to the agreed-upon plan. I will arrive at least 40 mins before the session time for a presetting of the lights and gears. 4:Post Production&Delivery: Photos in JPGs will delivered by GoogleDrive to you within 48 hours.
