First I want to call out how professional Jeff was throughout the entire process, he treated me with respect when explaining any issues he found and help me understand what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed (or how to fix it). He also took the time to put together several quotes for all of the different options that we had to solve the problem. His pricing was fair and honest. He gave me various options to choose to fit my budget, which was totally unexpected and a pleasant surprise!

When it came time for the installation, they were able to get the job done on time, and the work quality was very professional!
