I recently had the pleasure of working with Isac and his team for a floor replacement project that was damaged by water and mold, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the beginning, Isac went above and beyond to ensure everything was clearly understood and meticulously planned. He helped me identify the full scope of work and patiently explained each step of the process, making sure I felt confident about the decisions being made. Isac didn’t just stop at helping with the flooring. He assisted me in finding a contractor for completing the wall repair adjacent to the damaged area and pre-flooring tasks. When it came time to select materials, he offered guidance on different types of hardwood/engineered wood, tailoring his recommendations to my needs and preferences.
