We called David thinking it was the new toilet / install - he immediately came over to inspect (a late Monday night). There was nothing wrong with his work or the toilet, but, instead our system was backed up and he quickly fixed it for us.

Troy is wonderful! He did a great job installing our toilets and faucet. He cleaned up afterward and hauled away the old ones , and he accommodated all of special requests including wearing shoe covers (he even brought his own!) and entering/leaving our house without letting our cats out (I know this is a weird one but we have five cats in the house and he did not let any of them out, which is impressive.) Troy was also very friendly to our curious kids, which I really appreciate. I would definitely hire Troy again for any future plumbing needs!

I hired Jessie plumbing service to initially install a toilet which led to hiring for additional services. In addition to the toilet, he repaired the shower which leaked and replaced the shower head, and he repaired hot water heater burner which had gone out. He went well above in the services that he provided. He took initiative by called for the parts that were needed to do the repairs for both the shower and the hot water heater as well as making the drive to purchase the additional parts that were needed for each of the tasks. Because the water heater was under warranty, he made sure that the necessary papers were prepared so they were able to set up for the reimbursement. His prices quoted for each of the services was reasonable. I would recommend him for his high level of professionalism. He took his time to check everything out before he left to make sure it was working, and the area in which he worked was left tidy. He thoroughly explains upfront what the actual repair needed will be, provides a detailed breakdown of what the costs will be for the labor and parts that would be needed. He was quick to reply and any changes in scheduling he was prompt with communicating any changes to his arrival.
