My house had a sewage leak that to fix required I remove a foundational box that housed the plumbing to my laundry room. I needed to hire a contractor that could handle the carpentry fix, but also the plumbing expertise to properly reroute the water/gas/drain all within the laundry wall, no more box housing. Carlos and Isreal did it in a timely, professional manner. The finished job was well done and highlights their skillset. They work well together. Hire them with confidence. I highly recommend First Strike and will certainly consider them for upcoming projects.

Pros: Arrived promptly and was well-equipped with tools and materials. Cons: The quality of the work did not meet professional standards. The screws were uneven, and the installed fixture finish was subpar. The pricing was also unclear, even after a previous discussion. The contractor repeatedly requested additional fees, such as for installing a slightly larger fixture, despite our prior agreement about the larger fixture. Extra extra charge for finishing edges of the fixtures. Contractor is correct that I negotiated extra charges from extra $100 to extra $60 but we already discussed that the new fixture was one inch larger. He agreed that he will handle the larger fixture and quoted the price. But in reality the pricing was not transparent and trustworthy, I was not sure where it will end. I recommend having a clear discussion about the scope of the work and pricing. I ended up hiring a handyman later to fix the bulging screws and finish the fixture properly.

as stated by the review, the work was done in accordance to the original scope discussed via messenge(Installation of the bathroom medicine Cabinet). After the medicine cabinet was purched too big by the client,I,the contractor had to redo the framing behind the wall to accommodate for the cabinet.The change in scope warranted and uncharge which the client was unable or unwilling to provide due to lack of funds and instead chose to pay me less,then expected me to mud the wall around the cabinet for free after already painting around the wall for free. have a great day
