- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I value honesty in pricing conversations and will always do my best to give my clients the best price I can to benefit both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For simpler projects, I want to ensure alignment on timeline, price, and project scope. This can happen over the phone or in-app. For larger, more complex projects, I usually suggest a site visit after initial phone or in-app conversations that elucidate the above. This way I can provide the most accurate estimate in terms of cost and project timeline, as well as identify potential roadblocks the client might not be privy to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career in a 4-year carpentry and cement apprenticeship program. Over the last 15 years, I've gained experience in all aspects of construction. Most importantly, I've gained years of experience managing complex projects and teams to success. As such, I am able to successfully complete small scale projects, but also have the experience and the knowledge to manage large projects that could require coordination across different industries and specialties.
