I was super impressed with CD Remodeling - I unreservedly recommend them. I’ve worked with some other contractors in the past and for this job I interviewed about 7 different contractors and felt that CD had the best grip on the project and I was really impressed with Carmit’s construction background and her and the team’s deep knowledge of building and contracting. They completed a substantial remodel for us - taking down structural walls, gut renovation of living room, kitchen and bathroom. And they did it on time! I thought their pricing was really reasonable, and they kept in close communication all the way through the project. They offered informed advice along the way, both on design elements but also clever ways for us to save money with supplies - without impacting overall quality.
This team is my favorite GC in San Francisco now!
