My mom was complaining about mosquitos when she was working in the garden. Eric treated the backyard and also suggested a some hardware and since he came, no more bites! We also have him on a quarterly service to keep the bugs out. I’ve already referred him to my grandma.

Called late one night about a rat in my fireplace. Eric came even though it was after hours and took care of the problem. He patched possible openings the rat might’ve used to came in from. Never had the rat problem again.
