Maggie K. says, "JB Construction did 3 projects for me. They did a complete (down to the studs) remodel of a 100 year old house. This job included about 20 feet of foundation repair of the raised foundation. All new windows, remodelled bathroom and added a bathroom. The finished carpenter did magic on the complicated wood trim around the windows. They did wall removal and structure reinforcement. The kitchen got custom cabinets made by JB Construction. The exterior of the house now has Hardie concrete sliding that they installed. They worked very well with my designers. The home is beautiful all aspects were done by JB Construction.
My second project with JB Construction was on my own home. They gutted my kitchen, replaced the subfloor, installed custom made by them cabinets. They also removed walls and reinforced the structure so I have a beautiful open floorplan. They did all aspects of my kitchen remodel.
My third project was that they built 3 custom vanities for a condo I have and because they are custom I could make the drawer bigger and the vanities could be made to exactly fit the footprint of the tiles that I did not change out. The vanities are beautiful and the centerpieces to the bathroom.
Everyone that I worked with at JB Construction is super friendly and are open to suggestion, they really have a lot of pride in the jobs that they do and want you to be happy.
When I had some issues with features of cabinets that weren't working right, they were out in a few days and worked the issues through until the problem was solved.
I highly recommend JB Construction but just like any one doing work on your house you should pay attention to the daily progress and communicate as soon as possible when you see something you don't understand or like and they are very good about either explaining it or changing it.
