- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope, materials and existing conditions. I provide a written estimate explaining what is included, and any changes are discussed and approved before additional work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project and looking at the space in person. Then I provide a written estimate with the scope and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the work and I stay involved from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned through years of hands-on construction experience and have been a licensed general contractor since 2012. I also stay current with building codes, materials and installation methods.
