- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new client is to talk with them first about their business and then discuss what issues and/or request they are trying to address. Having this knowledge of their business upfront and then their needs allows us to have a clearer understanding to ensure we are providing the best effective support and solutions for their particular needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our combined staff has over 20 years of experience in the IT/Technology field with expertise in various operating systems, software, hardware as well network and telecommunications implementation and support. In addition to software development/design for Access database and websites plus business process improvement expertise. Our education includes Bachelors in Computer Information Systems and Database Design; Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Partner) and various partnerships and certifications
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always the go-to person for technology related issues even though that was not in my current job role(s). I realized that since I enjoyed doing it that I needed to make a change from the current educational path I was in at College. I switched from Accounting to Computer Information Systems and Database Development. Followed by working in the enterprise sector to IT Managment level I then used this background and expertise to launch Service Desk West
