Max contacted me promptly and scheduled a visit the same week. He identified and sourced the replacement part I told him I thought my awning needed in advance, then realized on site that he could simply clean and lubricate the existing parts and did that instead. I would not have known the difference, and I appreciated his honesty not charging me for something I didn't need. The awnings work perfectly now - and I have a better understanding of how to maintain them in the future, all for a reasonable price and more quickly than I expected. Randy B. says, "In our family condominium townhome association, a particular board member of long-standing residence here had recommended Tony to us many years ago. As a family member, I became personally aware of Tony's work when my brother called upon him to perform some long overdue repairs and renovations in 2017. I was able to keep tabs on labor and materials, and Tony's original estimates in his bid were spot on. The work done was excellent. Those repairs and improvements had a total cost to us of about $9,500, and included energy-efficient window and sliding door replacement, painting our fence and deck with sealant, a bathroom makeover, new Moen faucet and sink in our kitchen with stainless steel added to parts of the countertop according to my chef brother's specification. We were very satisfied. Six years later and last month, we decided to replace some very old window curtains on opposite sides of the house with vertical blinds, choosing to replace another large window/sliding-door assembly with the dual-pane argon-filled variety. An additional 5'x5' window was replaced with the same efficient design, and we had door handles and locks replaced on our front entry. To address the problem of a burned-out ventilation fan, we had the stove-ventilation assembly replaced in the kitchen -- a repair that had waited about five years since before the pandemic. Faucets and connection assemblies were replaced for two sink-basins. We added some additional repairs -- new AC wall sockets, for instance -- as desired for the opportunity of having the entire contract. Our entire bill was just north of $10,500. Tony gave us the same bargain in the window and sliding door assembly that we obtained in 2017. We had solicited some bids this summer, with quotes ranging from $6,500 to $7,500. Tony's estimate was $5,100, and that is the amount we paid. We are very satisfied once again with the work. I will obviously contact Tony again as we need more household repairs and maintenance."See more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Sergio the owner of the company is a con artists. He gave me a price for a patio and after I signed the contract, a couple days later he says it’s going to be almost $2000 more then his original estimate. That’s almost 50% more then his original quote. This guy is a fraud and is super shady. Don’t do business with this guy.
